
The global Fight for Kindness initiative, now in its 5th edition, aims to promote the power of kindness through typography and design. This award-winning, non-profit initiative unites emerging and established talent who believe in the transformative power of creativity to drive social change.
Designers from all over the world participate by submitting typographic posters. Entries with the strongest messages are featured on our social media channels and the online gallery. A curated selection of these posters will be showcased in international multi-city digital & physical exhibitions, and included in the Fight for Kindness publication.

The entire creative community is invited to contribute with typographic messages on the themes related to respect, love inclusivity, tolerance, environmental protection, integrity, peace, and shared human responsibility.

Submissions
To participate, designers need to submit a poster artwork (in the provided template) that contains an inspirational and thoughtful message for a more empathic, inclusive and kinder world, to promote positivity and hope.
Objective
Fight for Kindness is a project designed to spread kindness in a powerful way, and participation is completely free of charge. Selected entries will be featured online. A curated selection will be showcased in global exhibitions.
THE BRIEF
Submit a poster artwork that contains a typographic headline/message to inspire social change and help establish the importance of Kindness in the community. Participation is completely free of charge.
> The artworks need to embody values like kindness, peace, empathy, love, respect, tolerance, altruism or equality.
> Poster submissions must use the templates provided, in 2 different proportions. In case of more than one submission (upto 3) you will need to fill in the submission form for each new subject.
> Please read the complete brief and guidelines before submitting. Submissions that do not follow the template and align with the guidelines will not be selected.
> The deadline to submit will be 5th May 2026.

Download the provided template and guidelines to design your poster. Submit your entry/entries and information through the online submission form.
Publication of the online Poster Gallery. The most meaningful posters will be featured. Participants will receive an email once the gallery is live.
Posters will be individually selected for the global exhibits in each city. Only selected participants will be notified via email in the weeks before the events.
A selection of the posters will be chosen to be published in the Fight for Kindness 2026 Annual. Participants will be notified via email.
THE PROJECT

Fight for Kindness is a non-profit project open to the entire creative community in partnership with Zetafonts, ADCE, Typeroom, Type Directors Club, Slanted, OFFF, Posterheroes and other notable organizations. The 2025 edition received more than 760 submissions from 75+ countries, in 34 scripts and languages. Since the first edition in 2022, exhibitions have been held in multiple countries across the globe including Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Armenia, United Kingdom, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, United States and more.
