What does kindness mean to you?

To me, kindness means respect and acceptance of others, of the world around us, and of the interconnected systems we’re all part of. It’s the understanding that we’re not isolated beings, but part of something much larger, and with that comes a wonderful responsibility. Kindness is about living consciously, staying open to learning through meaningful experiences and connections, and sharing what we know with others. It’s not always about grand gestures, but about small, intentional actions that create space for self-expression, collaboration, and growth.

Gerry Thee

Gerry Thee is a creative soul with a day job in marketing and a nighttime love for type, graphic and motion design, and music. Since the early nineties he has been heavily influenced by the worldwide graffiti culture, especially the German writing and Hip-Hop scene.

Currently based near Gießen, Germany, he mixes good vibes with bold visuals,

always advocating for a positive social change, which has become a very important theme in his artworks over the past few years. After 2024, he's proudly a #FightForKindness Ambassador again in 2025.

What does kindness mean to you?

Kindness, to me, is choosing to show up with empathy, about treating people with care and respect — even when it’s not easy, when no one is watching, and nothing is coming back. It means listening without immediately needing to fix anything, giving support when someone needs a positive attitude, and giving others the benefit of the doubt. Especially on those days, when you have nothing left to give — but even then, a small gesture, a kind word, a little patience, a smile ... can change everything. That's what sticks with people.

In my work, whether I’m managing, creating, designing, or just showing up online, I try to build things that reflect that same energy: honest, empathetic, intentional, and always human. Design has the power to influence and shape how we treat each other, and I believe the smallest choices — visually and socially — can lead to bigger shifts. That’s the kind of culture I want to help create.

What does kindness mean to you?

Kindness is a simple yet powerful act of connection. It means acknowledging others, offering understanding, and choosing empathy even in the smallest moments. In a world that moves too fast, kindness becomes essential because life is not just about working and making money, but also about spreading kindness to those around us and creating a meaningful impact.

Nako Baev

Nako Baev is a Bulgarian artist specializing in 3D computer graphics. His immersive digital creations merge art and technology, shaping innovative experiences for film, motion design, and real-time interactive media.

What does kindness mean to you?

For me, kindness is like light. It has no weight, yet it carries immense power. A simple word, a small gesture, or even a genuine smile can illuminate someone’s day in ways we may never fully see. It’s not just about being good to others, but about creating a ripple effect that shapes the world into a better, more humane place.
